Robert Ruvolo

Brooklyn-born Robert Ruvolo began his acting career just six years ago.. His most recent project includes a feature film called “20 Something” (2006), produced by David Gordon and written by Antonio Jeraci. “20 Something” was part of the West Palm Beach Film Festival and had a special viewing held at Cinima Paradiso in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Robert just finished playing Gary Palmer, a major role in the Short Film “Dinner Date: A Modern Day Shakespeare” (2007), which was written and directed by Shane McCarthy. “Dinner Date” is in the editing phase right now and will be entered in several film festivals including CineVeags in June.

“the grasslands” (2007) produced by Michael Aparo and written and directed by Chris Raffale, which will begin filming late April 07, will be Roberts next project. Robert has featured role in this film as well as feature roles in Shane McCarthy’s next feature film, filming late year 2007 and a short film “Baby Bomber” written by Joseph Mileto.
Aside from films Robert has been active in the New York Theater scene. Staring in the off Broadway comedies, “Pasta and Pigskin”(2005), “Cannoli Happen in America”(2006) and “Cannoli Happen in New York”(2007) hilarious collections of comedies written, produced and directed by Joseph Mileto.

Robert would like to thank his family and friends who have supported him in making his dream of acting come to fruition. Their consistent support and encouragement has really inspired Robert to go the extra mile during his performances and throughout his acting career.

Robert would also like to thank Joseph Mileto for believing, trusting and giving him the opportunity to bring Josephs works to the stage and to let him do what he loves, be an actor.
